Refund Policy

At Velocity Performance, we want you to be confident when ordering from us. In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we offer a 30-day return policy to give you additional peace of mind.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition in which you received it

• In its original packaging

• Complete with any original tags or labels

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send an item back before your return has been approved. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and return address.

Free Return Shipping

If your return is approved under our 30-day return policy, Velocity Performance will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you.

We will provide instructions for using the return label and sending the item back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Please contact us at Velocityperformanceco@gmail.com and provide your order number and, where applicable, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to request a return for your original item and place a new order for the product you want.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

This statutory right is separate from and in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.

During the 14-day withdrawal period, you may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product is handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, you may be responsible for any resulting diminished value, as provided by applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at Velocityperformanceco@gmail.com within the applicable 14-day period. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

For returns made under our statutory 14-day withdrawal right, Velocity Performance will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost to you.

Where applicable, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost above the least expensive standard delivery option.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Legal Guarantee

In addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy, products purchased from Velocity Performance are covered by applicable statutory consumer guarantee rights.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the sales contract, you may have the right to a repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

These statutory rights are separate from and are not limited by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where applicable law provides a specific deadline for reimbursement, we will comply with that deadline.
